Youth/Young Adult/Associate Pastor Career Opening
We are in search of a Youth/Young Adult/Associate Pastor at Jamestown 1st Church of The Nazarene. J1Naz is a healthy, growing, exciting church with a passion to take the love, presence, and power of Jesus Christ to our great community. The position is full time with a beautiful parsonage and a good compensation package.
The J1Naz Staff Search Criteria:
– Credentialed or willing to be credentialed through the Church of The Nazarene.
– A strong passion for reaching the lost.
– Gifted in building relationships.
– Called to preach.
– Teachable.
– A passion and desire to work with youth.
– A passion and desire to work with 20 – 30 year olds. (Single and Married)
– Able to minister to young families and families with teenagers.
– A desire to become involved in our community.
– Willing to connect with and be involved with our local schools.
– Able to find ways to use our J1Naz Youth Center for events to reach out to the Youth of our community.
